Organic Wines
Agustinos is developing a complete line of organic wines which are produced in special lots where the wineyards are treated with natural products, and where there is no disturb in the natural development process of the wines.
Solar Energy
We have installed sophisticated solar energy systems in our wineries in order to heat the water naturally, which is used for the production of wine and the operation of wineries
Biomass
After the production of wine, remains are treated through a biomass process where energy is obtained from the combustion of waste material, thus contributing towards the reduction of carbon emissions in the planet.
Water Treatment (RILES)
Water is an essencial element for the operation of a winery and therefore waste material coming from industrial production processes in form of liquids are treated and freed from all sorts of contaminants.
Biodynamic Viticulture
The purpose of biodynamic agriculture is to acquire the knowledge and the control of the biological cycles of each crop. This allows an efficient employment of the resources of each local agro-ecosystem and of the available nutrients.
Certifications ISO 14.001
This certification means that the firm is committed to work in an amicable way, in accordance with the enviroment, in its management of residues and significant enviromental issues.
HACCP
This certification is a food security system based on prevention. It includes a systematic method to analyze food processing, a definition of possible hazards and the establishment of critical control points to prevent the client from receiving insecure food products.
