Agustinos Winery has recently remodeled its winery facilities in accordance with the concepts of sustainability and make them environmentally friendly.
Renovations included installing solar panels and creating a pond that collects the crystalline waters recovered from the winery’s residual water treatment plant.
The flora and fauna surrounding the winery was also enhanced to include deer, llamas, geese, and many types of plants for biodynamic use.
Wine tours and tastings are now available and the new wine shop offers Agustinos’ premium wines at very affordable prices.
Visitors are welcome to paddle around the pond in kayaks or row boats and simply enjoy the beautiful setting. Lunches and specially-prepared meals are also available upon request.
Viña Agustinos will soon open its new guesthouse with personalized attention for visitors in its 6 finely-appointed rooms.
Viña Agustinos is located in Yumbel, in the Biobío Valley, 500 km (319 mi) south of Santiago and 80 km (50 mi) east of the city of Concepción.
